Please provide payment online, through the app or by contacting Farmers 24/7 Customer Service at 1-800-435-7764. Thank you, Timm Insurance Agency. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging.”
Customer Care Example: "Hi this is Timm Insurance Agency. Is today a better day for us to discuss your Auto insurance rates? I just have a few quick questions. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging."
Marketing Example: "Hi, this is Timm Insurance Agency. We had your auto and renters policies with us just over a year ago and I would love to send you some new quotes as we’ve seen a lot of changes in rates recently. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging"
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 3-5 SMS messages per week related to your account status, billing status, appointments, etc.
