We are officially entering summer mode out here! Windows down, boats in the water, RVs rolling into campgrounds, and kayaks strapped to car roofs all over Kitsap. If your favorite toys are finally making their seasonal comeback, let’s make sure they’re protected too.

Your RV Might Be Road-Ready, But Is It Insurance-Ready?
Every summer, we get the call: “We just bought a trailer… is this thing covered?”
Here’s the deal: your auto policy might cover the basics if your trailer is hitched, but it likely doesn’t protect your stuff inside it, your liability while it’s parked at a site, or damage from hail, fire, or theft. And if you’ve got a motorhome? That’s a whole different ballgame.
Bottom line: If it moves (or even just parks and sits), it probably needs its own insurance. The good news? It’s not expensive. The even better news? We’ll make it easy. Call us before your next road trip pit stop.
Quick PSA: Time to Renew Your Boat Tabs!
Our friends at the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce recently sent out a great reminder: all Washington boat registrations expire June 30.
You can renew online and they'll have them ready for pick-up or posted by mail the next business day. Pick up from the Bainbridge Chamber office in Winslow: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Pro tip: Don’t wait until the weekend before the 4th of July to take care of this. You’ll thank us later.

Whether you're out on the lake, cruising Liberty Bay, or just getting your sea legs on a rental paddleboard from the marina, there's one thing you should know: watercraft insurance isn’t just for yachts.
If you own a boat, jet ski, or even a small fishing rig, your homeowner’s policy likely doesn’t cover much (if any) of it. Even liability can be limited. What happens if your friend borrows your Sea-Doo and crashes into a dock? That’s on you.
